Lodging

When you register, we will make the reservation for you. There is no need for you to contact the hotels.

Lodging is provided in Hotel Sonata, which is about 200 meters from Cerveny Zamek, where the talks take place. There are 33 double rooms available.

We have also reserved a block of rooms in a nearby Hotel Belaria. Shuttle bus to the conference site will be provided. This hotel offers higher accomodation standard and is located in a beautiful setting right below the Hradec Castle.

There are also several rooms with shared bathrooms available in Hotel Cerveny Zamek.

You can order lunch and/or dinner in either hotel. The meal package offers a choice of two main meals in each hotel. Without the package you can choose à la carte for a regular price in any hotel, too.
